All shipping fees are in American Dollars ($ USD).

For delivery, some exceptions may apply.

Online orders are shipped with UPS.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories at this time.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. La Vie en Rose reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.

2. The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the La Vie en Rose warehouse.

3. Once UPS takes possession of the items, la Vie en Rose waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.

4. Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.

5. Unfortunately, we do not currently provide shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other territories.

6. All orders delivered to a U.S. address may incur import duties and other fees levied by U.S. customs. La Vie en Rose does not assume responsibility for these charges; they are the obligation of the purchaser. It is generally recognized that orders valued under $800 USD are exempt from such duties and fees. Please be aware that la Vie en Rose does not process online orders exceeding $800 USD. For detailed information or assistance regarding U.S. customs duties or import fees, please contact your local customs authority.
